The Lipetsk testing laboratory of the Federal State-Financed Institution “Federal Centre For Animal Health” (FGBI “ARRIAH”) conducts research on food products using the latest equipment. The Lipetsk laboratory has a high-precision mill that helps conduct DNA studies of plant products. With the help of this device, even minor impurities of counterfeit are detected.

“We received wheat and barley for testing, we grind the samples, and one sample turned out to be positive,” says Elena Istratkina, deputy head of the plant quarantine department of the Lipetsk testing laboratory of FGBI “ARRIAH”.
