The custom duty on wheat exports will decrease by 4.3% from May 29
The custom duty on wheat exports from Russia from May 29 to June 4 will be 2,977.3 rubles per ton, which is 4.3% less than the current rate — 3,109.7 rubles. The export duty on barley and corn will remain zero, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture reports.
The export duty rate for wheat and meslin (codes 1001 19 000 0 and 1001 99 000 0 CN FEA of the EAEU) is calculated at an indicative price of 234.5 dollars per ton, for barley – 165.9 dollars per ton, corn – 170.2 dollars per ton a ton.
The calculated rates of export customs duties are applied starting from the 3rd working day after the day of their placement and are valid until the next rates of export customs duties begin to be applied.
