Rosselkhoznadzor completes the integration of new territories into federal information systems

Rosselkhoznadzor provides comprehensive support to new regions of Russia. Farmers of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Kherson Oblast and Zaporozhye Oblast have access to all resources and services that ensure uninterrupted circulation of agricultural products. The head of Rosselkhoznadzor Sergei Dankvert spoke about this at a meeting with the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.

“We immediately began our work in all the territories that became our subjects. We even believe that it is possible to go to a greater level of digitalization there today, because people are ready for this. We are talking, in particular, about electronic veterinary accompanying documents and phytosanitary documents,” noted the head of the service.

In order to ensure the phased registration of electronic veterinary accompanying documents (eVAD), producers of the DPR and LPR, as well as Kherson Oblast and Zaporozhye Oblast, are registered in the Mercury component. Farmers of new territories are completing their integration into the agro-industrial complex sector of the Russian Federation, therefore it is allowed to issue all types of veterinary certificates on paper, taking them into account in this component. “Despite the fact that there are certain relaxations for new entities, we see that today they can work effectively without them,” emphasized Sergei Dankvert.

At the same time, new territories are already actively supplying products to the country’s market. “Much more products from Kherson Oblast are coming to Crimea than before. Both last year and this year there is already an excess. Our services are located in the new regions, we work there everywhere,” added the head of Rosselkhoznadzor.
