Elena Fastova Appointed as First Deputy Minister of Agriculture in Russia

Elena Fastova, formerly Deputy Minister of Agriculture, has been promoted to First Deputy Minister of Agriculture. The appointment was formalized in an order signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on June 20, 2024.

Ksenia Shevelkina has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Agriculture. Previously, she served as the director of the Department of Rural Development.
