FKP ‘RFO’ Calls for Restrictions on Unlimited Fumigation Licensing
Licenses for conducting quarantine phytosanitary disinfection with Class I (extremely hazardous) pesticides should no longer be open-ended. The use of such toxic substances carries significant risks to both the environment and public health. Therefore, it is crucial to regularly ensure that licensees comply with the established licensing conditions, Alexandra Khlystalova, Deputy Head of the FKP ‘Republican Fumigation Squad’ (FKP ‘RFO’ under Rosselkhoznadzor), said in an interview with Agroexpert.
