Labeling System Proposed as Warning Mechanism for Businesses
Evgeny Nifantiev, Deputy Chairman of the Health Protection Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, has suggested considering the possibility of using the ‘Chestny ZNAK’ labeling system for the automatic issuance of warnings to businesses.
This initiative, introduced as a pilot project at the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, aims to reduce the number of unintentional violations without imposing additional burdens on businesses. The proposal has received backing from the authorities.
