RSHB-Finance received management of the assets of the Ariant group, including Kuban-Vino, Agrofirma Ariant, Agrofirma Yuzhnaya and Food Industry Center — Ariant, which became state property at the initiative of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

According to an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the owner is the Federal Property Management Agency.

At the beginning of April this year, the Chelyabinsk Arbitration Court made a decision on the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office on the transfer of assets of the Ariant wine holding to the state; On April 10, the owner of the corporation’s assets in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities changed to the Russian Federation. The Kuban-Vino winery, according to RBC, is Russia’s largest wine producer and owner of vineyards. The plant was founded in 1956 and became part of the Ariant holding in 2003. In 2023, the company produced 95.5 million bottles of wine, and another 38.9 million bottles of various alcoholic beverages were produced by TsPI-Ariant. The holding’s production sites are located in the Chelyabinsk region and Krasnodar region. Among its brands are Chateau Taman, Aristov, Vysoky Bereg and others. Since 2017, the largest grape seedling nursery in Russia has been operating on the basis of the Yuzhnaya agricultural company in the Temryuk region. Yuzhnaya is in charge of 13.1 thousand hectares of land on the Taman Peninsula and near Anapa. The area of vineyards is 9.4 thousand hectares.
